TfSE & DfT | Becoming a more intelligent client: Training webinar on Modelling

Transport for the South East (TfSE), in collaboration with the Department for Transport (DfT), is hosting a 60-minute training webinar tailored for project managers who procure and oversee modelling consultants.

This session will arm you with the knowledge to navigate the DfT’s Business Case Preparation and Modelling Self-assessment Toolkit, empowering you to ask the right questions, manage consultants effectively, and avoid costly pitfalls.

• Introduction (5 mins)
• Context and Insight (10 mins): Caroline Humphrys will introduce the toolkit and explain its significance within the broader DfT framework.
• Modelling 101 Training (30 mins): Joshua Jiao, TfSE’s Analysis Manager, will provide a practical walkthrough of the modelling sections self-assessment toolkit.
• Interactive Q&A (15 mins): Attendees can share challenges and have their key questions answered by the experts.
