Afternoon training for users

We will be joined by TfSE's Chief Officer, Rupert Clubb, who will launch the platform for users. Following this, we will provide a deeper dive into the platform.

For the afternoon, you can gain invaluable insights on:

  • Healthy Living Streets, provided by Lucy Saunders.
  • Business case development best practice, provided by Josie Drath (Arup).

Why attend?

The Centre of Excellence is one of TfSE’s flagship pieces of work. Funded by Department for Transport (DfT), the Centre of Excellence will significantly build the capability of local authorities in our region, leading to better transport outcomes across the south east.

Your voice matters

In acknowledgement of the current financial landscape, this launch event replaces our traditional annual "Connecting the South East" gathering.

We understand that a number of our authorities have had to place limits on officer travel, but we hope to see as many Centre of Excellence users from each authority as possible, to maximise the impact of this training.

We want as many people as possible to be able to participate fully in our meetings and will aim to offer support or adjustments to enable that to happen. If you are likely to need adjustments to hear, see or visit, please let us know so we can discuss options.
