This interactive webinar will showcase a recent study on Strood interchange as an example of how taking a risk-based pre-feasibility approach can productively and efficiently prioritise and focus the development of potential transport schemes.
This webinar will be introduced by TfSE & Medway, and we are pleased to be joined by guest speaker Neil Kirkwood, Associate Director in Steer’s Rail Advisory team, who led the Strood study on behalf of TfSE and Medway Council. With 20 years’ experience in Network Rail including strategic planning leadership roles on everything from station capacity and accessibility to HS2, Neil now advises DfT, infrastructure managers and authorities on planning, projects and performance across rail and wider transport and regeneration schemes.
